 Job Title: Director of Marketing

What you do at Stonewood: I lead Stonewood's marketing development and design across our platforms. I especially love designing the marketing materials, presentations, brochures, worksheets and reports that are available to our members in our marketing resource catalog. I collaborate with  Stonewood’s direct marketing partners to translate our content into turn-key marketing solutions for our members. 

Favorite part of your role: Collaborating with the marketing team and seeing the materials I've developed out in "the wild." 

Fun fact about me: I'm a proud lefty living in a right-handed world! Also, throughout college, I participated in a play or musical each semester and directed a production of ‘Numbers’ during my Senior year. My favorite roles include: ‘Olivia’ in Night Must Fall, ‘Marty’ in Grease and ‘Mildred’ in Decision Height.  

Background & Education: After completing most of my classes during the pandemic, I'm proud to say that I'm a MBA graduate as of March 2021! I earned my undergraduate degree from Asbury University in 2016. At Asbury, I pursued a degree in Communications. For most of my career, I've been focused on delivering marketing solutions in the financial services sector. 

Community Involvement: In addition to being an active member of Sojourn Midtown, I have served on Cedar Lake's Gala Board and have led fundraising campaigns for March of Dimes and Making Strides. 

Hobbies: I love spending time with my husband, Isaac, and our daughter, Margot. In our free time, we love to stay active by taking long runs in Louisville's parks, traveling and frequenting local coffee shops. We have a cat, Stella, and a Golden Doodle, Ginger. Both have trained us more than we've trained them. 

What we love about Abigail:  Abigail is always organized and always prepared. She is a highly skilled, driven, and adaptable marketing professional. Her forward-thinking and wealth of knowledge adds immense value to the company, and we are lucky to have her!
